Recent sub-prime sales experience is preferred, but not mandatory as comprehensive training will be provided.
Suitable candidates must have drive and ambition and be able to deliver top class service, from initial contact through to Aftersales. You must also be willing to work evenings and weekends where required and hold a full UK driving licence.

ACF Car Finance Call Centre – Direct Sales Representatives
ACF Car Finance is currently recruiting for a full time, permanent Direct Sales Representative (DSR) position within the customer call centre. The role is instrumental in developing business opportunities for the ACF Car Finance branches.
Duties will involve answering and making calls, selling ACF Car Finance’s services and making appointments for the branches, maintaining records on the contact management system, providing excellent customer services and hitting targets whilst maintaining the high company call quality and compliance measures.
Candidates must have good communication and customer service skills, and an ability to work to targets and deadlines. In addition, the DSR role requires a flexible approach and team work skills.
